SNOWBIRD CLUB: (January & February) No Fee, Snowbirds Clean Clubhouse. OWNERS: $100 Cleaning fee. No Extra Fee for Rental, 3 days maximum.

NON-OWNERS RENTING AT SEASIDE: $100 per day, $100 cleaning fee, $175 refundable damage deposit.

NON-OWNERS NOT STAYING AT SEASIDE: $150 per day, $100 cleaning fee, $175 refundable damage deposit.

This unit is a 1bedroom/1bath condo. It is available to rent to owners at 50% off the listed price on VRBO plus cleaning and taxes and a $300 refundable damage deposit.
